Dratted tool cabinets

I have some American Pro tool cabinets and the bearings have dropped out of the runners. Can you get new runners? ,The drawers don't appear to be removable without destroying the runners.Perhaps there is something better to replace them with?.

Not sure how yours is but on Craftsman tool drawers you would pull the drawer out as far as it will go. Then there is a spring on each side that you push in to release the drawer from the cabinet.

Nothing like that on American Pro, if you separate any part you get a shower of 16 ball bearings. Some better runners are the only fix I think. AVOID!!.The only answer is a different type of runner ,just hopefull someone has gone before.Happily the box was a gift, scrap crap I think.
