That looks a quality bit of kit Tony. I'm surprized they don't include a Dowty type washer instead though.

Is that a washer with a rubber seal in the middle ?

Yes Tony. ((edit) - in my opinion) They are far superior to copper or aluminum washers, and can be re-used.
