Hesketh Motorcycle Parts?

Hello All,

I recently came into possession of some old what Im told were Hesketh Parts and I tried googling, but didnt come up with much info. I'm hoping that someone here, might be able to help with some ID, since I'm quite lost. My anglophileness ends after the American Revolution and the Height of the Empire, unfortunately. lol

Im told this is some sort of wire harness, choke, throttle and possibly brake/clutch cables?
