New EU fuel labelling

I see our friends in the EU legislature are about to change fuel labelling from this month...

Will this make it harder to find the type which does not damage our tanks?

No because these are the stickers fitted to new vehicles according to the link.

As far as I'm aware, the UK is still 'can contain upto' this helps avoid the daft issue of having to import Ethanol to meet the demand if it 'has to contain'

Unlike mainland europe, we don't produce enough ethanol as a by-product to make it possible.
