There won’t be many, if any at all, of this spec in the USA. They were individually hand built and, as such, had to go through Single Vehicle Approval with the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency and were only rated for Euro 4 emissions standards. Whilst this wouldn’t necessarily preclude it from sale in USA, it prevented it from being sold in the EU, which would have been Norton’s next biggest market after Britain, so any exports to USA were probably done by well-heeled enthusiasts.
Being a limited edition, there would probably only have been about 50 ever made.
Unless privately imported there definitely won’t be any in the U.S. as that’s a later TVS bike.
It could possibly be @Fast Eddie ’s old bike as he had one for a while.
I personally think the colours are all wrong. E.g. Norton logo in white ( and too high), side panel graphics black, and gold pinstripes which don’t tie up with anything.
