This is the cNw gear lever (and rearsets) in conjunction with the RGM T160 style kickstart lever:

Would you be so kind as to post a pix of the TTI on the bike with the two levers installed?
 
Sorry, not running that gear lever anymore as I’m running a linkage. And no kickstart.
