OK .... I have seen that brake plate. From what I have heard, they are a good TLS.
If you should get one, please take a picture of the shoes, and PM or add to the thread I have going.

Shoes are the RGM version of the std Norton TLS shoes with better linings, so no joy with a Dunstall/Eddie Dow TLS.
