Sprockets,Nuts and Broken Washers - Is yours ok?

. Trying not to being too much of a thick here but , where /what the damage on that , I’m must be going more blind than I thought ( & I do have an appt for laser surgery on the 22nd ) can’t seem to work out what’s occurring in the pic
Richard , If you look just above the top run of the chain at the edge of the alloy sprocket cover . There you see two black indentations caused by the chain rubbing there.

. My sprocket ( on the second one ) is secure together with tab washer , but do have slight wear on this circular disc on end of swinging arm , only really just noticed it , could be from old chain & sprockets bouncing around , no marks on new chain which was around 1600 miles ago ?

That may have happened when your chain jumped off the sprocket a while back.
 
Thanks Tony but I can’t claim that, I had the cover off to check mine a few weeks ago and took the above image. Didn’t repair it at the time so it’s got to come off again so I can dress up that edge.
