Depends on the application - I have had great success with a 2.2" 26" MTB tyre yet a total failure on a 700c tyre. Ended up spraying sticky goo over bike and rider like a catherine wheel.

I've had no luck with Slime but a good result with Ride On tire sealant and balancer. It works best in tubeless tires but is also effective in tube type.
It isn't nearly as messy to deal with as Slime is. I was able to scoop out the Rideon sealant from a worn out tire and place it in the crown of a new tire that I was installing. The manufacturer recommends against this as they like to sell you another bottle every time you change tires

I held very little hope that the small bottle of fluid sent to me be Outex would help with the air leakage on the Thruxton r front.
It went into the wheel on Friday when leakage was about 10 psi per day. On Saturday the leakage dropped to 3 or 4 psi for the day and thru the week it has been at zero.
The product is called Alp 50.
Now to see if the seal lasts.

I would try one of the many sealants available for tubeless bicycle tire conversions. I use 'Stan's' sealant on my bikes and it very effectively blocks slow leaks. Once the leak is blocked it seems permanent. Can't see why it wouldn't work on a motorcycle tubeless conversion.
The product I used for this is working at the moment.
I suspect that it is Stan's sealant relabelled as Alp 50. The first aid sheet that came with the Alp50 listed Alp 50, Stans sealant and four or five other brands as all having the same chemical makeup.
