I had this cable tied to my leg for 3 months!!!

Funny how different trades have different names for the same thing- protractor, angle finder … in my wife’s physical therapy trade they call it a goniometer. ( spelling ?? )

We use the term protractor , angle finder , bevel guage or true angle where I work depending who you talk too
The old blokes used to refer to the digital ones simply as "the magic stick"

Bike therapy is the best! Had a mishap 3 years ago. You can set goals either thru your imagination or real. And can move thru pain either planned or accidental! Good luck! Spring is coming!

My neighbour had a full knee replacement
He did none of the exercises,he lived in a lazyboy chair so he didn't have to go upstairs at all
His misses waited on him and that was 4 years ago
He's lost his job and has restricted movement
He's younger than me

They say that "life is pain but with luck you can choose your pain." This saying keeps me at the gym and adding to my pain there.

Good luck with that knee. We live in a wonderful time when something like a knee can even be replaced at all.
