That's a great question. Possible older repaint maybe? Maybe its the pictures or the lighting but that polychromatic-grey color that Norton used should be a bit more greenish inmho. There's a couple of things that I noticed that may be worth inquiring about if you were a buyer. One is the scoop on the front hub, maybe it was ordered that way but I've not seen on others. The other is the "L22" markings on the frame. That should be "L11" I believe.
