New member questions.

Thanks Ying, I’ll check them out. I replaced the oil lines yesterday and some were very hard. Probably original judging by the crimp clamps. I just used a short section of hose with a bolt clamped in the end for chain oiler.

I put mine on the external burner on the BBQ on low.

I purchased a "Refurbished" smiths' tach & speedo off that seller on Ebay, it turned out all that had been done to them was a cosmetic tidy up with the internals untouched. I had to have them serviced and repaired by a reputable instrument shop here in NZ. be careful dealing with that seller or you might get burnt as well.
