Was a Norton Tomos a real thing, looks like an early fastback (68 ish) but it's perhaps just a photoshopped image?

As anyone ever heard about a 750 Norton built in East county (Yugo?) druing the -70'.
Look at http://www.autosoviet.altervista.org/main-english.htm

and scroll on the left to motorcycles and then Tomos.
