All three were conmen. Colfer sentenced 2009/10 and 2019, the other two pension fraudsters seems were separate to Colfer.Correction 2013.
One received a suspended sentence, (convicted conman Simon Colfer)

Bearing all this in mind why would I (or any of the staff here) want to get involved in this nonsense?

Wow..... just gets better, fraudulently obtained money to buy Norton !!
Going back to my last post..... He certainly doesn't have the Business acumen people thought, I think the multiple Aston's is the giveaway and a huge insight into his actual greed.
I think it was a clerk in a court house that once said that you can tell the innocent, they sob and protest there innocence as there awaiting transfer to prison after court, the guilty ones sit quietly saying nothing..... note Garners quite walk to his new mode of transport... rather telling.
More references to the Aston's... and photos too!
But most likely that's just the "media" going around making stuff up again
I presume thats a dig at my previous posts, I have never disputed there were Aston Martins, I dispute where the "press" state and many other people have re-quoted the "Press" stating that a report was issued by BDO claiming that Norton owned 6 Aston Martins...I am still waiting for someone to show any evidence of this.... The point of my post was simply to point out you should not believe everything you read in the "Press"
Ahh yes, the forged signatures again, this is worth a read as it adds substance to 'forged signatures' I wonder just why this was settled prior to a hearing, read the first part and the judges recommendation.Unbelievable... post #633 deleted based on that link.
We can only hope any funds he has hidden are found and he gets a life term in a real prison, not a farcical white collar holiday camp.
A usually well-informed source says:You're correct, apparently BDO inventoried 4 or 5 Aston Martins... not 6
"“four or five Aston Martins and a couple of Range Rovers” which are claimed to have been used by Norton CEO, Stuart Garner. These have been taken away as they are considered assets of the business."
