Can you tell us how you're painting the frames ?
This is just a standard factory finish. This frame would have originally been destined to become an SE (ukdm)...its very early with the m6 oil cooler mounting holes and pegs for lockstops.

...mated to a Solihull swingarm, and rear shocks. Solihull oil cooler, front forks and wheels....Donington yokes and bars, and engine, wiring harness etc.
So yeah, brummy parts will retro fit 😆

100 miles today following service by @Stu Bodycote The best part about it is that he fitted a new rose jointed gear linkage. The difference is very noticeable being far more crisp and positive

I like the yellow airbox !

Too bad.
Would have been nice to know besides shorty silencers, and no air filter, were there any other mods.
Like standard EFI map or modified map for the shorties, etc....

That grey and black on silver tank is sweet!
Very nice touch.
Agreed, great looking machine - what about a second identical pinstripe directly behind the red pinstripe on the tail, in that classy grey colour. With the addition of the ‘Norton’ logo or just ‘N’ in the traditional seat pad location, in the same grey.

It’s been so wet on the Sunshine Coast recently I’ve been looking at retrofitting a rudder (and rubber rings) to each of my bikes! First sunny, clear day for an age today so it was set aside for some outside man-bitch garden chores allocated by higher authority:rolleyes:! As I was waving ‘er indoors’ off to work (0630), I was already mentally deleting the chores and inserting a long blast up into the hinterland! Well they’re allowed to change their minds right!!

Awesome 140 km ride. The Norton didn’t miss a beat as usual, less the usual reluctance to hold tickover when really hot! I’d try chasing the problem down, but for fear of fixing one problem whilst creating another. Doesn’t affect my enjoyment much so I’m gonna leave my head in the sand and pretend it’s not there; nothing to see here!

Lunchtime pale ale at Ricks bikers bar - criminal not to!

Remember - ridin, rallies, fettling or farkling…………………. if there’s no picture, it didn’t happen!
