Can you tell us how you're painting the frames ?Busy day....I would carry on if I could, but my back has thrown the towel in.
Tank just dropped on to get a feel for it. Jury's still out on the airbox.

This is just a standard factory finish. This frame would have originally been destined to become an SE (ukdm)...its very early with the m6 oil cooler mounting holes and pegs for lockstops. Can you tell us how you're painting the frames ?

This Norton 961 on the dyno :
I just found it on line and don't have any information . It looks like Europe or Germany.Tony,
Impressive.
Is there a back story to this dyno run?
Well I've just been back from the Dyno shop myself :Too bad.
Would have been nice to know besides shorty silencers, and no air filter, were there any other mods.
Like standard EFI map or modified map for the shorties, etc....
Do you remember this project ?Well I've just been back from the Dyno shop myself :

And the fuel tables were re-adjusted as well (of course) !
That grey and black on silver tank is sweet!
Very pretty .
Agreed, great looking machine - what about a second identical pinstripe directly behind the red pinstripe on the tail, in that classy grey colour. With the addition of the ‘Norton’ logo or just ‘N’ in the traditional seat pad location, in the same grey. That grey and black on silver tank is sweet!
Very nice touch.
