Ever wondered what was inside the cat pipe, well now you know , I’ve reinstalled the decat pipe & motad stubbies ( welded up after decat pipe split & ruined the support Chanel on the silencer )

I heard that the TT100 radials are modern construction and have modern compounds, but still wonder how well they work.
You should maybe do some scratching and report back.
Nothing illegal, or immoral you understand, just some healthy exercise.:cool:
 
The moment I press the start button, the bike becomes illegal with those megaphones 🤣

I've only ridden it like Noddy so far, so can't report on the tyres. The bike though, feels excellent. Big brake conversion is obvious straight away, as is the raised back and lowered front, along with the lightweight wheels. I'll happily take this round a track.

Out today in deepest Cumbria getting some more miles on 'Black Bess', a lovely dry day but blooming cool the temperature was in single figures thank god for heated clothing. I like to go to some interesting places and add a little information in my pics to make it a little more interesting , so here is Pendragon Castle or what's left of it . It's a grade one listed building and apparently was built in the 12th century by Uther Pendragon the father of King Arthur , further additions were added in the 14th and 16 century. A gang of Scots came down in 1342 and buggered it (probably football hooligans) so it was rebuilt in 1660.
It was sold in 1962 to a local land owner who still owns it there are signs on the gate stating keep out private property so I did. The smaller pic is what it looked like when built, , probably by John Bloor's housing company 😆 . I will update my thoughts on the 'new' Norton soon but I am growing to love it more every ride.👍👍

Well I feel a bit humbled after being treated to those excellent images and their historic references. I had a lovely ride to work in a rare occurrence of what I have heard referred to in foreign climes as 'sunshine'; what we tend to know as 'not-rain' so I took a pickture of my 2017 961 just down the road from work in Birmingham's jewellery quarter and d*cked around with it in paintshop pro. I think this bike is just so gorgeous from any angle and now thanks to Stu at Motorvated 🥇it is pulling like a train again.
